Exciting News from Eclare Cuisine

Eclare Cuisine are thrilled to announce a merge with MJT Holdings, who own Blue Strawberry and Table Talk.

Martin has now become Director of Kitchen Operations and will still be very much involved in the food that he loves, in a hands on position.

With Eclare it is business as usual, catering for all your needs, dealing directly with Emily and Martin. We will however have a larger infrastructure and team behind us to support venue finding, greater supplier and sub contractor lists.
