Do you know where I can get a Marquee, Florist, Band...?

Yes, we have over 15 years of experience working with a core of well respected suppliers to the Events Industry.

I have a Wedding Dinner for 250 Guests, how many staff will I need?

ECLARE use one member of staff per table of ten, one barmen every five tables, a head barman, an assistant manager and a front of house manager.

What will staff wear?

ECLARE have several styles of uniform available, we can also source alternative options if required. Our staff are all clean, tidy, well presented and highly briefed before each Event.

Will there be a vegetarian option?

Yes, we always carry a 10% vegetarian option.

I have a small Garden in Chelsea, can I have a marquee and how many Guests will I be able to fit in?

ECLARE are very happy to come for a site visit to ascertain what space is available, how many Guests you can invite, and what hired and kitchen equipment is required. We can also arrange for any other relevant suppliers to contact you.

I am an Events Organiser, can I bring in my Clients for a tasting?

ECLARE understand that each Event is very important to the planner, to the client, or to the bride-to-be. We encourage a tasting, (a dress rehersal), so you can sample your chosen Menus, see the selection of glassware and crockery and finalise the details of your Event.

Can I supply my own Wines and Champagnes?

Yes, you can, there is a small charge for handling and removal.

Can you provide Cocktail Barmen for funky bars?

Yes, we have a great team of professional, highly trained flare barmen.

Some venues have no kitchen, what happens then?

ECLARE have found themselves setting up kitchens in corridors and lifts! As long as there is power we can do it.
