The day began with Breakfast and Lunch Canapés whilst Sir Richard met the current students and watched various workshops.

The dinner was the star-studded main Event with students from the past, such as Sir Alan Rickman, Joan Collins and Robert Lindsay to present day. It was a huge celebration of Sir Richard's contribution to the British Film Industry and a reflection of his life. RADA provided a spectacular set design and all entertainment was provided by the students.

ACT I

Ballotine of Lightly Cured Salmon Gravadlax with Crème Fraiche and Caviar finished with Crispy Capers and Lemon Oil Dressing

Act II

Roasted Breast of Lemon and Rosemary scented Corn-fed Chicken served on a Parmesan Mash with Roasted Red Peppers, Aubergine, Artichoke and Courgette with a Rocket Salad and Parmesan Shavings

Act III

Glazed Raspberry Brulee served in a traditional 'Cocotte' with a Fresh Raspberry sitting in a Pulled Sugar Spoon
