ECLARE hosted a magical Christmas 40th Birthday Party (organised by Zest Events) that truly delivered something different. Guests arrived to Canapés served on mirror, glass and silver trays - reflecting the Winter Wonderland theme. This continued when they sat down to dine at tables decorated with huge cut glass and crystal candelabras, crystal hanging candlesticks and tall glass nightlights. To help keep the Event fun and informal, ECLARE chefs came table-side to carve the finest slithers of Rare Sirloin of Beef which were then plated to each of the Guests. Then, Guests enjoyed fabulous Cocktails served from an up-lit round bar, plus Breakfast Canapés served at 1am for all those planning to dance until dawn.

Nordic Martini - With Wild Cranberry Jelly, A Homemade Spiced Syrup, Cinnamon, Cloves and Nutmeg (served on arrival)

Classic Champagne Cocktail - Brandy poured over an Angostura Bitters soaked Sugar Cube and topped with Champagne (served on arrival)

Mojitos - Dark Rum served with crushed Mint and Ice, Lime Juice, Gomme Syrup and topped with Soda Water (served after dinner)

Woo Woo - Iced Cold Vodka and Cranberry Juice with a Peach Schnapps Float (served after dinner)

Marinated Foie Gras with Pink Peppercorns, Meursault Wine and Fresh Pear in a Baby Brioche

Stuffed Quail Eggs with Egg Mayonnaise and Black Truffle

Sevruga Caviar served in a Silver Spoon with Buckwheat Spaetzle, Grated Egg and Sour Cream

Thai marinated Tigertail Prawns with Sweet and Sour dipping Sauce

Tempura of Oysters and Courgettes with a hint of Chilli

Cappuccino of White Bean and Truffle served with
a Twisted Grain Mustard and Parmesan Cheese Straw
