Our business philosophy is based on two key elements: the first is exceptional quality. That starts with our founder and head chef Martin Clare, who with his twenty years of experience at Michelin-starred restaurants, hotels and outside caterers now produces a classic cuisine with an inspired contemporary twist.
The second is an exceptional personal service with meticulous attention to detail right from the initial contact. We understand that every Event is unique and we are dedicated to exceeding the expectations of our Clients, which is why we never undertake more than one large Event per day.
Since opening for business in 2001 ECLARE has built a strong base of private and corporate Clients, and in addition to providing food and drink, we also advise on design, lighting, photography and entertainment - for a wide range of Events including Private Parties, Weddings and Corporate Events.
